Speaker cables – Siena

Our speaker cables are named Siena to pay homage to the beautiful city located in the earth of the Chianti region. Made by hand in our facility, this line of cables is designed to carry the signal from your amplifiers to the loudspeakers with no loss of quality.

Each type of cable comes in four models: Il Magnifico (top of the line), Extra, Plus and standard.

Siena cables can be terminated with high-quality banana plugs or spade connectors, they can also be ordered in several lengths (with increments of 50cm).

All Gold Note cables are designed and built to achieve the lowest capacity and highest conductivity possible, enabling fast transient and extreme band extensions to let your system perform at its very best.

Siena il Magnifico is the top of the line speaker cable. With 7 solid core conductors in pure silver with a 1mmq section, each singularly insulated in a pipe made of Elastollan and filled with oil to control temperature and provide perfect damping.

Two additional pure silver conductors are terminated with external plugs and are connected to the external battery for active grounding. The special active grounding design of the Magnifico perfectly insulates the audio signal, delivering and incredible noiseless background with rich, natural details.

Despite common beliefs about silver conductors, Siena il Magnifico delivers a warm and extremely detailed sound that’s never harsh. This is thanks to the conductors, which are made of pure silver – unlike so many cables that actually use silver-plated copper conductors (those sound, in fact, very harsh).

On top of that, pure silver guarantees additional benefits as burning-in the conductors results in improved sound quality, exactly the opposite to what happens with silver-plated copper cables.

Siena Extra features 7 solid core conductors with a hybrid design in pure silver and OFC copper. Each conductor with a section of 1mmq is insulated in a pipe made of Elastollan and filled with oil to control temperature and provide perfect damping.

Derived from the Magnifco, it features a similar geometry with no active grounding technology. It delivers very neutral sound, never fatiguing and rather inviting, with delicate details and extremely high definition.

Siena Plus is entirely made with OFC copper conductors. The geometry and materials are directly derived from the Extra model to offer amazing quality and deliver a clean, detailed and balanced sound.

The resulting performance is the classic sound signature of the Siena range of cables with a neutral presentation.

We exclusively use solid-core conductors made of 99,9999999% oxygen-free specially coated in Teflon. Our proprietary geometry and sealed Elastollan® tube design provides perfect impedance, stability and damping.

The Siena Plus is available both with Banana and Spade connectors. All connectors are made of solid copper, the Banana plugs are also gold plated to preserve the highest audio quality.

Siena is the best speaker cable in this market segment. If features a multi-stranded OFC copper conductor design, with dedicated insulation to avoid skin effect and prevent any possible distortion of the audio signal.
